Refunds & cancellation
We want you to buy the Book with confidence. This page says exactly what you can expect.
14-day money-back guarantee
If the Book isn't right for you, email founder@morapost.com within 14 days of the purchase, from the email address you used to buy, and we refund the full amount. You don't have to give a reason, although feedback helps us improve the Book.
We may decline a refund only in clear cases of abuse — for example a second refund on the same account, or an account used to copy or redistribute content.
How the refund is paid
- Card / Stripe: the refund is sent to the card or wallet you paid with. Stripe usually posts it within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- PayOS (bank transfer in Vietnam): we transfer the amount back to the bank account the payment came from, normally within 3 business days. If the payment was made from someone else's account, tell us the account to refund.
After the refund, access to the paid Unità is closed and the order is marked as refunded. Your account, the free Unità and your progress stay available.
Cancelling a payment
- If you leave the payment page before paying, nothing is charged. A pending order expires automatically (Stripe: 1 hour, PayOS: 30 minutes).
- If a payment is confirmed by mistake — for example twice — write to us and we refund the duplicate immediately.
After the 14 days
The licence is for the life of the Site, so there is nothing to cancel and no renewal to stop. If something goes wrong with the Book or your access after the 14 days, write to us anyway: we'll fix it or find a fair solution.
Consumers in the EU
By starting to read the paid Unità you ask us to begin supplying the digital content immediately and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal lapses once supply has begun (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)). Our voluntary 14-day guarantee above applies in any case.
